Innovation and Sustainability

In developing our product lines, we focus on sustainability and innovation. Our fiber cast products combine classic wood fibers from PEFC-certified forests with certified recycled fibers, making our products 100% recyclable, compostable, or biodegradable.

We also offer advanced reusable solutions that meet high standards of practicality and environmental friendliness. Our products are microwave-safe, temperature-resistant, and exceptionally break- and impact-resistant, making them ideal for the modern, environmentally conscious consumer. Discover here how our solutions set new standards.

IP-Rex

reX - stands for recyclable X. Until now, foam products were not recyclable. Rex is also the Latin meaning of king. The 100% recyclability is the king discipline for plastics.

The advantages

  • 100% recyclable
  • Suitable for microwaves
  • Temperature resistant up to 120 °C
  • Perfectly insulating, stays hot inside, stays cold outside
  • Conserves resources due to low material usage
  • Resistant to water, acids, oils
  • Good ecological balance
  • Break & impact resistant
  • Mono material without dyes for perfect recycling
  • Available in the most popular sizes

IP-Loop

The political demand for reusable products is clear, unfortunately, however, many solutions are not very practical. Take-away packaging has evolved over many decades to meet consumer demands, however, the few solutions offered, often fail to meet customer demands. With IP-LOOP we provide an alternative that brings together the best of the disposable and reusable systems.

The advantages

  • Includes an internal insulating layer of PP foam
  • Food is kept warm and protected against leakage during transport
  • Trays can be used in other sealing systems, no need to change packaging or portion sizes
  • Certified for reusable use
  • Suitable for microwave and industrial dishwasher use
  • Extremely resistant to impact, cuts, and scratches

IP nature form

Molded pulp products have been on the market as a substitute for plastic for several years, attention, however, is often only paid to the life cycle after the product has been used. What the life cycle assessment looks like up to the point of use often remains obscure. The term “disposable product“ must  be completely rethought. IP nature form offers a different solution.

The advantages

  • Sustainability is considered from the very beginning
  • Wood fibers are obtained exclusively from PEFC-managed forests
  •  A large proportion of certified recycled fibers are also used
  • Selected fibers offer significant advantages
  • Products are 100% recyclable or compostable
  • No coating with plastics required
  • Production with self-generated PV electricity and 100% green electricity
  • CO2 footprint is as low as possible

Bagasse

Bagasse packaging offers many advantages over traditional packaging materials. Bagasse is a biodegradable raw material derived from the fibers of sugar cane and is a sustainable alternative to conventional packaging.

The advantages

  • Made from a waste product that is normally disposed of Bagasse packaging has an environmentally friendly nature
  • Biodegradable and decomposes quickly
  • Plastic packaging takes hundreds of years to decompose
  • Bagasse packaging is robust and resistant
  • Packaging can withstand heavy products
  • Offers protection from damage and shock during transportation
  • Moisture resistant
  • Resistant against other environmental factors

PP

Polypropylene (PP) is a thermoplastic polymer used in many industries due to its unique properties. Such packaging is very lightweight, strong, and durable, making it ideal for use.

The advantages

  • High chemical resistance
  • Resistant to acids, alkalis, and other chemical substances
  • Highly resistant to moisture and other environmental factors
  • Ensures a longer shelf life and content protection
  • Lightweight, easy to transport and store
  • Efficient storage due to their stack ability, reducing transportation and storage costs
  • Robust and impact resistant, preventing damage during transit

PET

PET, or polyethylene terephthalate, is a widely used packaging material with numerous advantages. It is a very strong and robust material that provides a high barrier against oxygen and moisture. Thus, PET packaging products can stay fresh longer and be protected Ft rom spoilage.

The advantages

  • High resistance to breakage and cracking
  • Provides more resistant and better protection than glass or paper
  •  Reduces transportation and storage costs due its lightweight capacity
  • Extremely versatile and can be made in a variety of shapes and sizes
  • Ideal for use in various industries, including food, beverage, cosmetics and medical
  • All products are mainly made of recycled PET (bottle recycling)

XPS

Packaging made of XPS, also known as extruded polystyrene, offers numerous advantages over other packaging materials. One of the greatest advantages is their excellent insulation, which allows them to maintain stable temperatures protecting products from damage caused by extreme heat or cold.

The advantages

  • Lightweight and can be easily stacked resulting in savings on transportation and storage costs
  • Robust and shock resistant, especially useful for shock-sensitive goods
  • Moisture resistant
  • Particularly beneficial for products such as electronics, medical equipment, or food
  • Easily recycled at many waste management facilities
  • An environmentally friendly option that can help reduce waste and pollution
